We’re hiring

Build a career with Ferrell's Air Conditioning & Heating

Family-owned in Shelbyville since 1980. We’re looking for technicians, installers, and office team members who care about doing honest work and treating customers like neighbors.

Why join us

A trade is a calling. We treat it that way.

Forty-plus years in business means we’ve had time to figure out what makes a great place to work. The short version: pay people well, train them properly, give them the right tools, and get out of their way.

Competitive pay

Above-market base pay, performance bonuses for installs and service calls, and overtime based on workload and scheduling needs.

Health benefits

Medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time team members once you're past 90 days.

Paid time off

Paid vacation, paid holidays, and paid sick days from day one — because nobody does their best work running on empty.

Paid training & certification

We pay for NATE, EPA Section 608, and Carrier Factory Authorized training. Apprentices ride along with senior techs from week one.

Family-owned culture

Our team has been together for decades. We treat people fairly and don't push quotas — just real work, done right.
