Scheduling & booking

Getting on our calendar, response times, and how appointments work.

Appointments are scheduled during weekday office hours. Call us during business hours and we will confirm the next available weekday appointment. Availability varies with call volume and weather.

Our service call is $145. A NATE-certified tech inspects your system and provides repair pricing before work begins.

Office hours are 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Friday, Closed on Saturday, and Closed on Sunday. Call (502) 633-2665 during business hours to schedule the soonest available appointment.

Yes. Our techs call when they're 15 to 30 minutes out.

Pricing & estimates

How we quote work, what's included, and how to keep costs down.

The service-call charge is $145. Call us during office hours to discuss whether your request is a service call or a project estimate, and we will explain the applicable charge before scheduling. We also offer financing for larger projects.

Repairs are flat-rate per task — you'll know the price before any work begins. New installs are quoted as a single all-in number that includes labor, equipment, permits, and disposal of your old system.

Yes. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash. For larger projects we offer financing through our partner with approved credit.

Absolutely. We track current Carrier rebates, federal tax credits for high-efficiency equipment, and local utility rebates — and we'll apply every one you qualify for to your final price.

Service & repair

What happens during a service call and how we approach repairs.

The honest answer depends on age, repair cost, and how efficient your current system is. As a rule of thumb: if a repair costs more than ~30% of a new system, and your unit is past its midpoint of useful life, replacement usually makes more financial sense. We'll give you the math both ways and let you decide.

Yes. We're a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer but our NATE-certified techs are trained on every major brand — Trane, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, York, Bryant, American Standard, and more.

Most diagnoses take 30–45 minutes. Common repairs (capacitors, contactors, thermostats, refrigerant leaks under warranty) are usually complete the same visit. Larger jobs that need parts ordered are typically wrapped up within 2–3 business days.

Always. Our techs explain the diagnosis in plain English, show you the failed part when possible, and lay out your options before recommending anything. No pressure, no jargon, no surprise charges at the end.

Maintenance plans

Annual tune-ups, our maintenance plan, and seasonal prep.

Twice a year is the gold standard — once in spring for cooling and once in fall for heating. Our maintenance plan bundles both visits at a discount along with priority scheduling and 10% off any repairs.

A full multi-point inspection: refrigerant levels, electrical components, capacitor testing, blower motor, condensate drain, thermostat calibration, filter replacement, and a coil cleaning. We send a written report after every visit.

For most 1" pleated filters: every 60–90 days. Homes with pets, allergies, or heavy dust may need monthly changes. 4" media filters typically last 6–12 months. We can put you on an automatic shipment schedule if it's helpful.

Yes — and it's measurable. A maintained system uses 5–15% less energy, lasts 3–5 years longer, and is far less likely to fail during the hottest week of the year. It also keeps most manufacturer warranties valid (many require annual professional maintenance).

Urgent HVAC needs

What to do when your heating or cooling stops working.

Call (502) 633-2665 during office hours and describe the problem. We will explain safe next steps and schedule the soonest available appointment. Office hours are 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.

Call us as soon as you notice a problem. For a gas smell, burning electrical odor, or another immediate safety concern, leave the area and contact the appropriate utility or emergency service first. Once everyone is safe, we can help schedule the soonest available HVAC appointment.

Yes. We explain the service-call charge and known scheduling details before the appointment, then provide repair pricing before work begins.

For no-cool: check that your thermostat is set to COOL, the breaker has not tripped, and the air filter is not blocked. For no-heat: make the same checks and confirm the fuel supply is on. If you smell gas, leave the house and contact your gas utility or emergency services from outside.

Warranties & written coverage

How to confirm equipment and service coverage before work begins.

Manufacturer warranty terms depend on the specific equipment and any registration requirements. Review the model's written manufacturer warranty and any written installation coverage before approving the project.

Ask the office which written parts and labor coverage applies to the proposed repair. Coverage can vary by part and scope, so rely on the terms documented for your work.

Contact the office with your invoice and service details so the team can review the concern and explain the available next steps.
