“We have had Ferrell's come out about three times. And each time they have, they've been amazing! I can't recall everyone's names but they've been very helpful! We had a whole new ac replaced. Came on the hottest day. Another time is, our ac thermostat was outdated and we had to get that replaced. Lastly, (hopefully) we had issues with our "very outdated" furnace not blowing out the air. Each time they've been able to help us. We're very thankful for this company! And it's not far down the road from us. :)”

“I cannot say enough good things about this group. Our in laws have been doing business with them for years. When our floor furnace caught on fire they came out the next day and did everything they could to save it. It could not be saved so we made the decision to finally install central heat through out the house. They arrived at our house within an hour of us calling them and had the entire system installed in two days. I have never seen a company work so quickly in my life! All of them are very nice, dependable, and trustworthy. You can't beat their prices either. I 100% would recommend them to anyone needing assistance with heating or cooling. We will be calling them soon to install a cooling system as well!”

“I had a great experience with Ferrell's Air and Heating. I was having trouble with my furnace and AC unit. At first it looked like it would be a couple weeks, but Heidi found an opening just 2 days out and was able to get their team out to me. Everything is running great now! I had a small billing issue, but again, Heidi came through for me. I highly recommend them, and I'll definitely call them the next time I need help with my furnace or AC!”
