Every membership includes both seasonal visits — cooling gets a full checkup in the spring, heating in the fall.
Spring Service Program
Cooling season readiness

Freon is not included in your membership. Filters are only included with a Premier Comfort Membership.
Membership programs begin in the spring of each year and renew automatically until Ferrell’s receives written notification of the homeowner’s desire to cancel the program.
